I looted some off of the CL111 named dudes outside of the Dant MO, off of wild spawn CL61 Crystal Force Hunters on Dant, Force Adepts on Dant...and I think that is about all I have pulled them from...and this was post-Pub 23.

I got some(2 bluesquare ones)off dark troopers a few days ago in the Detainment Center POI on Talus.

any of the force creepy crawlies on dant can drop them, and crystals.

they also drop lots of pistols... force pistol hunter anyone?

i killed a cl 111 dark jedi

and all i got was this

crystal cave on dant dropd sith hols. only CL 60 ish mobs too. Got 4-5 in an hour and a half,
