not to contradict the bunkah mastah...but these dont seem to be dropping correctly on all servers...maybe yours is workin as intended but i have easily spent well over 100 hours in the bunker post CU...including leading groups in crafting 25-30 jetpacks (6 of which were my own) and one mando chestplate (made with pre-CU parts)...and not once has aPLC orBF dropped in any of the groups i have been in...or even for any of the groups that were with us when went with two groups at once..
i have a hard time believing that some people on certain servers are seeing these regularly and certain people have personally looted multiple components while not one person has seen one on shadowfire since the CU...and we have a pretty gooddwb following on our server
we HAVE looted a few jetpack parts, a few de-10 and hack schems,couple stacks of barrels,several alum gel packs, tons of datapads, and even one mando wine schem, but not one plc or bf...in fact the price on the few pre-cu mando components left in existance on our server has shot to 100+ mil per PLC or BF

Only been doing it for about oh a year and a half now..... and i have looted plc,bls many times and never once has one or anyone on my server looted one from a bloodgaurd. Now i know your going to say "well that dont mean there not droping from BGs, or blah blah" give me a screen shot of it being looted from a BG and ill belive it.And to date only 2 PLCs and 3 Bls since cu have droped for us and thats in a 8 month span, so yea there still there but very very rare, drops are much more sparse then the pre cu days.

Not that question in terms of being asked everyday, the original question. But any Deathwatch guys drop them, aka Wraiths, Ghosts,
Bloodguards, nothing else.
And from experience only the ones after key B will drop em, never had anything off the ones before.

ALL Death Watch npc's drop them, INCLUDING bloodguards. I have been at this much longer than anyone here, so dont try to spread rumors.

ALL Death Watch npc's drop them, INCLUDING bloodguards. I have been at this much longer than anyone here, so dont try to spread rumors
We dont save screenshots of loots, we know what we get them from though. Since the bunker opened we've gotten 16 plc's and a little over 20 BL's, so we know what drops what by now, if you cant believe us then its your fault

A I M E S I totally believe the drop rate on these is different for servers. I was in a group with guildies when we looted a PLC fromt eh first bloodguard before you even get to the room for teh Section A key. We were quite happy, but were hoping for a binary fluid since I already have a PLC. I have posted several times on my galaxy trade forum just to see if anyone looted a BL, let alone sell it. No one.
So I can confirm the Bloodguard drop on my server, but I don't think anyone has looted a BL in a very long time.
I am camped in the DWB as I am writing this post working two wraith spawns in hopes of the all mighty BL. I have spent literally hundereds of hours in the DWB over the last year or so if that helps my credentials.
P.S. as I finished writing this post....I toggled back as I heard the combat music - killed the wraith and got the "You have completely looted the corpse of all items" - my heart jumped as it would be too ironic to loot one while writing this.......
