keep on, eventually you will loose your ability to file tickets...again...just because someone doesn't ackowledge your existance, doesn't mean theyre afk...and kd'ing someone doesnt mean youll win the fight, loser

Look guy. Whenever I see a camper that is AFK and he doesnt respond I send in a ticket immediately because they are disrupting my gameplay. Oh and about your little threat if you were on Ahazi I would put you on your back before your first attack. So before you start trying to sound all BAD and everything just shutup and think. And yes I have outdamaged many groups down there with only me and a friend.

I've witnessed thevery same issue on my server (Kauri). The same 2 or 3 people killing and looting AFK in the back of the aakuans' cave.
Well, it's pretty easy to see they are AFK .... there is a little "AFK" above there name andwhen you asked them if they are AFK they respond that they are AFK (auto-response)...
I am really madat people killing and looting AFK because
- it's exactly the same as having a "robot" killing every and each NPC in the cave
- the cave is then completely useless for all the other players except the two that are AFK killing
- it's not a question of competing with someone that can overdammage someone else because (1) competing in an MMORPG need another player otherwise it's better competing in quake, and (2) since these mobs are really weak, they are one-shot, therefore the first AFK-player with Area shot and a good ping is assured to win the loot ...
Having these idea in mind I've filed 1 ticket against one of the AFK killer/looter, explaining all of that.A CSR answered that this is a serious issue, but that he must witness the scene before doing anything else....
the next day I've come and checked the cave again ... The exact same AFK killer/looter were there, I've filed another ticket. Another CSR answered (yes I'm lucky 
), telling me that this is working as intended. As soon as the player is using an in-game macro, he has the right to kill and loot being AFK !!!
Moreover, when running outside the cave, a bit mad, I've just found a little house 300/400m away from the entrance of the cave ... the house of the AFK killer/looter ... Inside you found 4 vendors, all selling AA/CA for about 500k to 1M per point ...
So what now ?
1. I will never come again in this cave
2. I'm looting CA/AA from LVL 82 aakuan's mission, AA/CAthat are way more powerfuland will, in time, fulfill my needs
3. I will never buy an AA/CA from an auction here or from a vendor IG.
At last, since AFK killing/looting is not an issue, here 2 little macro that will help you to do the same, if you wish so !
Name a macro "kill" with the following code :
/target self;/pause 0.1:/ui action cycleTargetOutward;/pause 0.1;
/XXX; <== put there your besthit
/pause 0.1; /macro kill;
And name a macro "loot" with the following code :
/loot all;
/macro loot;
There are lot more complicated macro's that use area hit and loot mechanism, but this basic one should work... You may have to do another one to buff or heal you time to time though

You can alway do what I did. I was doing the Rytta Trials in the Webweaver level and got to the wookiees and low and behold 5 afker doing the same thing. So I ran back and pissed off a bunch of webweavers and brought them back to the afkers. I must have LMAO for about 20 minutes as these guys got there buts kicked by the webweavers. Now I was incap, but they were all killed and it was well worth it. I had to grind TKM andMFender by bing at my keyboard and clicking the buttons or hitting the hotkeys. They should not be able to do that, its totally wrong and a lot of them sell these toons or creditson the net for real cash.
The question I have isafter the 30 minute clone timer is up when your dead, what happens to you/them. Cause I waited there for 45minutes and only one of them was gone.
