Dont believe the guy who says you need a PLC and BL to get into crafting room, complete BS. The problem your having is that all BH armor was converted into 'crafted' type, so we have to loot more, or wait for a fix to craft anything.

but they are right 
the reason i couldn't get in was because you need to have as looted BH piece on you,
FYI TO ALL, there is now a code ingame to respec a "Crafted" BH piece to a "Looted" BH piece, just like the refit command, I did it today... too bad dwb is now impossible....
