I think the endor helm was removed in responce to the imperial hat that was unwearable. but now they fixed the hat and have it in game but they never have put the helm back in.

i've got my original 2 
one from the rebel theme park, another given as a reward for a quest out of mos espa i think, it is "anakin's pod racing helmet". Now the reward for that quest is a crappy swoop helm.
