Tried this and it doesn't work.
The arms are classed as generic item (if I remember correctly) when you look on the actual vendor they are onthough.

Try searching for a auto-loom part like Blue Rug Dye. ya cannot find anything on that in a vender search either.

I don't think the Dev's implimented them into the vendor search. If you look under all the categories you'll notice there's no cybernetic arm, or at least I think so.

from what I've observed, sometimes item catagoriesthat have never been put up for sale (very rare items) on any vendor will not show on the vendor search, sometimes items that have been put up for sale, bought, and not put up for sale again on any vendor (semi-rare items) will show up on vendor search whenone of the items is put up for saleand then disappear after awhile after it has been bought.
but there are tons of cybernetic arms for sale so it seems they just haven't been included in the vendor search system.

The system cleans up the list at every server reset, so if for exampleall composite armor is sold out before the reset it wont list it untill someone puts some up again, but there are some things that don't show up on vendor search that is up for sale, like the cyber arms.
(adhesives isn't there because noone sell them, you cant get them anymore as far as I know).
