If it is working properly, your Mind bar should appear to regen slower, appear to..........
If your mind pool was 1000 before buff, and 1900 after, then it takes a lot more time to regen back up to 1900, since this buff does not effect the regen rate, it is the same regen rate as before trying to recover a much larger pool.
On the contrary, you will also appear to lose mind at a slower rate if your just watching your blue meter.

It can be proven mathematically, but I don't think that's necessary- just understand that 500/1000 and 1400/1900 are NOT equivalent ratios and extrapolate from there if you want to believe the mind value is 2000 or 5000 baseor even higher. ((I should probably also point out that as the basemind value increases towards infinity, the +900 effect does become closer and closer to reaching an equivalent ratio, but themechanicbecomes closer and closer to uselessness, so the pointis moot...))

They add to *mind!
And mind internally might be added with 900, when it's 100% is just means a full mind .
So: if it is normal 1000 with crystal it will be 1900.
50% of mind without crystal: 500
50% of mind with cyrstal: 950
Has anyone tested this?
Namely use the focuse crystal and use an action that takes mind and see how many times it can be done... Then do the same without the crystal...
It would still be useless even if it added a million to mind sincehealing seems to be set to cost a % of mind, not a fixed number.

Are you saying it's a % of total mind or current mind pool?
Well, picking one up tonight, I will test this, here is the test I will perform:
1) Area healing on a macro with CM, healing at even intervals, I will count how many I can perform before running out of mind.
