lovely isnt it not only is it hard to get a good tune/saber its hard to even get the components we cant do without.

got 4 prems in my saber pretty decent tunes i been lookin for quality crystals and good pearls alot to try and get betterbut seems like i always come home empty handed i can take only so much of killing one after the other and getting nothing or slicing tools and having to channel after killing so many solo.

the loot table are so damn screwed up looted krayt tissue off a dark trooper in a pvp base with some friedns a while back i just gave up on it

Im not ssure,but i think the loot cycles for krayts, because one day i went in a gorup of 3 ppl, lotoed about 10 pearls in an hour (10 pearls spluit 3 ways, i got 3 that tuned all below 60 dmg), Next day went out, got a ton of slicing stuff, next day went out, got like 30 sets of krayt tissues, and havent gone out sicne then, prolyl gonna try later today.

used to get pretty decent pearl loots but going out the last few times with some guild friends just seems like we came up with nothing but a decent set of tissue here or there i just gave up considering with a 591 dps saber i cant beat exploiting bh and i doubt i would beat what i got now without 100's to 1000's of tunes.

I normaly get nothing of value on selected corpes LOL

it is random i guess. Me and my guild wnet at the same time 2 days in a row. 1st day we got 6 pearls in less then 2 hours. The next day we got 2 pearls in 6 hours. That is just teh good pearls too

This is why prems/flawless dont drop anymore.

And this is also most likely the reason why its so difficult to find other pearls in average.

Krayts are still very hard, but with only a few people you are more then able to take out even Ancient Krayts. And since you can kill a ancient krayt now on 10 minutes or so, as oposite to 30-40 minutes before the CU, I guess SOE felt they had to do something to avoid flooding the market with pearls.

Crystals are usally dropped by Nightsisters. Elders are a good choise for hunting these. The best chance of getting pearls are to go for the really large krayt beasts tho. Giants and Ancients should be the critters u should consentrate on. Because im not sure if the small krayts are dropping pearls at allL!

Now, after the CU it takes way longer to kill krayts, i need a group of 3 ppl to take out a krayt, i can tank, and 2 ppl damage it, ebfoer the CU, i could go out with Swordsman/Fencer/CM and take out a krayt solo in no time flat. Saying that it took 30-40 min to take down a krayt pre CU is laughable.

BTW: Juvi Krayts have the sam droprate for pearls as canyons, and Giants/ancients and Grands have like a 3% better chacne to loot a pearl than canyons

my luck on pearl drops has been lowered by alot, this week I was bearly able to get 2 pearls out of every 30 krayt, but last week I got a pearl out of every third krayt

I'd like to know is that if pearls DO matter, will the drops be fixed so that we can get better than goods? Since FRS is gone for good, I gotta know this...
