are scales different to segments?

Scales have individual resists...and if used in composite these are counted as special defences and therefore not part of the base, and not sliceable.


Segments do affect the base though, and 30% segs can make a ton of difference ive heard.

SSSHHHHH!!! Are you crazy??? Do you want to get segments? "Damn, another pearl. Gee i wish i could get some nice base segments instead." Segments are even more worthless than scales. We all know the Devs don't play the game, and have no idea what goes on in it, so when a little secret like this pops up, lets try to keep it on the down low, OK?

I hope they are good after the CU,i have over 200 saved up from base to high 40's base effectiveness
