its a display bug anyway....you can pile a suit full of +25 speed mods, and it will show your DPS going up, since its just a calculation based on your weapon speed mods in the GUI, but when you actually try to fire your gun that fast it wont.

Besides, unless you're only novice marksman, you'll reach the hard cap for your weapon pretty quick anyway

I am conducting more experiments on this and will soon be over plus 25 on general melee speed tapes as well.

From there I will master brawler for the additional general melee speed and accuracy.

As for whether the dps is accurate I have know way of knowing until I do further experiments. I will take notes and post here later.
