the tusken helmet drops were bugged whereasthe endor helmet was taken out on purpose.Thats kind of a big difference.

This isnt a timeline issue at all, the only reason they where not used sooner was that we never saw any of the elite tactical squads the Rebellion had in place during ANH and ESB, if I remember right the Rebels where too busy in space and being battered on snow to take the time to show you their fancy 'endorian' helmets! if you want to breaktime lines etc.. and moan about when or when it wasnt shown in a film, then try these.

the list is endless...
If they want to jump through the timeline then they should skip straight to ESB and allow all us Imperials the chance to hammer the Rebellion all over again... and make solo a present on Jabba's wall
