Specualtion is that spawn is being affected by GCW bases. I know on Chimaera we had weeks of nothing, then a totaly mad spawn level now nothing again.
Interestingly this seemed to coincide with some Rebel PvE bases being taken down/removed just outside the Graveyard, and then again with some Imperial bases being replaced..............
Possibly coincidence, but I know spawn issues linked to faction NPC's in bases has been mentioned by a Dev somewhere.......
Dont know if this is similar to the setup on your server, but might be worth investigating?

Actually he posted the Graveyard just above where he stated GR, so that still leaves the question as to what GR is.

So, in the krayt graveyard and just outside it.
After searching for 3 hours the other night I finally found a Giant between Mos Krayta and the Graveyard. I had looked in the dune sea and near Jaba's, but nothing was spawning at all. Usually if you stand in an area long enough a lair or something will pop up, and after about 10 minutes in a certain area the place is crawling with creatures, but not in the last few days. Maybe there are too many lairs spawning around Mos Eisley because of all the new people on the server.
Sorry that Giant only spawned once Ozmos. It was a pretty close battle for that kill, even at the end he kept switching back and forth unable to decide who to try and kill.
I know a BE and I'm a bh, if you can find a commando and a squad leader I would be willing to try and take out some rebel bases to see if that helps. I have the wp to a couple out in the dune sea that I have already destroyed the towers on so I could get at a krayt dragon.
Maybe I will just switch to Gorax instead until the krayt start spawning again.
