I have tried all of your suggestions, and still nothing. I have opened a customer service ticket and am awaiting their response. Was there something special I was supposed to in the first place?

UPDATE: For those that are also experiencing this, I created a ticket, and finally got a response. The CSR said that its a known problem they are having with /claim, and that they hope to publish a hotfix soon, and that the develpment team was working on it, but didnt know when it would be fixed... and promptly closed the ticket... so its a problem that a lot of people are experiencing, and it should be fixed soon, hopefully..........

good luck on it...the devs and csr move around here like a ball trying to roll up a hill
