After months of no wine schem selling, last 2 weeks mando schem started poping on the boards, I already spotted 3 sellers.
What's up, mando schematic dropping way more or somewhere else?

The 1st key room (Vart Room as we call it) we have gotten some nice loot. We have always looted the Wine Recipes further down in the bunker, but the static spawn Wraith and 2 Bloodguards in the 2 rooms in the 1st key room, we have looted several PLC's and BL's. Usually 1-2 per day.
Mandalorian Wine Recipes, we looted 2 at once from the 2nd key (Klin key spawn) next to the shuttle before the Coal Bin room. And a few others from Wraith's in the pump room.

Is this looted in the DWB or from BlackSuns?...really would like one of these for my chef.

In the Death Watch Bunker. It is not a schematic - it's a recipe, and once learned is permanent for that charachter. Extremely rare drop, and the resultant drink is very very similar to Breath of Heaven stats.

Death Watch Ghosts, Bloodguards, or Wraiths, all confirmed to drop them.
