Hate to necro but I just went to run this mission on TC prime and it looks like the mission giver is broken or the quest has been removed.

I know this quest gave on type (statue I think) and the vette gave another (doll I think)

Have they moved the quest?

If not, do the dim U's give the same type as the vette meaning the the statue is now an extinct item?
