Actually it does, LS toughness works against LS, it's the Jedi toughness from Defender that doesn't work against LS.

the reason a tanker is better than a jedi (im a master def jedi)

melee mitigation, its a 60% dmg reducer (or clsoe to 60%)

LS PSG + ADK

and finally intimidate...

(for the real tankers, a suit of tantel armor)

add them all together and you have a character that can withstand more LS dmg than any jedi can...

the only way ive been able to tank these is with avoid incap, and 2 other jedi, they die before i run out of force, but a master defender is in no way comparable to a master melee prof in tanking.

It's pretty easy to kill DJM and NS Elders with a Master defender tanking, myself and a buddy who is master d ran into a spawn of 3 Elders and just hit devrish 1, I stood back and did devrish 2 and within 3 minutes 3 350k HAM mobs were dead
