1st target: Illegal Core booster, "good" Crystal, BH helmet schematic ( lvl <<82>> )
2nd target: Trigger assembly thingy (lvl <81> )
3rd target: Illegal Core booster (lvl <81> )

I looted something very similar. I looted 6x Enhanced Power Cells with these stats:
Max damage: 181
Attack speed: -0.79
Attack cost: -8
And they can be added to the blaster power handlers.
