Seriously? Are they dropping again? Please say its so!
All they need to do now is increase the ridiculously low drop rate of Black Sun Helms and my life would be complete!

black sun helms are not the same as bounty hunter helms. black sun helms come from space

This is about NS Biceps... If they are not dropping currently Dev's, put them back in... if they are Dev's increase the spawn rate... on my server (tempest) if someone decided to sell one it would go for 50 mil easy.
