It's from a quest on Tat..think in bestine...you have to give it to a Npc..but if you put it in your Backpack and walk off it's yours for Free....

The old one was labeled *a Decorative Shisa* exactly the same...other then the info you get when you examine it....

I think SOE got Lazy =/

So Part one was do able in 10 min...and part 2 was do able in 30 min..but you got a already in game item...

Oh yes..might I add you didn't get Jack Crap for the other 2 Quests Other then Credits...which I couldn't tell I even gained any on top of my 14 Million I already have....

P.S. I did all 3 Quests Un Buffed in a Hour...Only part good about this Patch was New Ent Things and Housing Distances...which I like the houses part
