they took them out early 2004 i believe.

only people ive seen with them are ones who have just come back after a long rest

yeah i think they were part of a little themepark at the nightsister's stronghold or something not too sure only know is they are very cool and i wish i got one before it was too late

NS biceps were not from the NS stronghold quests. They were a rare drop from nightsisters (it seemed to be rangers primarily, but I believe they dropped from others as well). They completelystopped dropping inearly 2004.

They stopped dropping at publish8.

Because they wanted to make no sense. It always pissed me off considering male toons can wear Tuskan clothes and female toons could wear the Night sister bracer. I dont understand what was so game breaking that they had to remove one of teh coolest things a female toon can get to wear.

I dont belive these were intended to be a looted item and that is why they removed them.I would prolly never sell mine lol

there were some "world items" that was not suppose to drop or be able to be picked up.

you use to be able to pick chairs from camps, chests from treasure maps. the rarest item is the veggie cart. i know only of one that exist on intrepid
