Of course there is lots more that could be added to these lists. Then there'sall stuff that some people think is rare, but really isn't, such as Holocrons, Palm Frond, Eyes of Mesra, Alderaan Flora, ARare Artifact, most other paintings/posters, and a lot of limited schematics (though some really are rare because they're no longer available). Which brings up the point of loot that no longer drops, such as the Nightsister Melee Armguard, Flawless Krayt Dragon Pearls,and so on. That's a whole other list though...
I'd say flawless pearls, as the SOE scum have broken and destroyed them.
If you're looking for something that is in-game -I can't think of anything, asthis game is a broken, pathetic piece of garbage. And if it is good and worth something, it will be broken and destroyed shortly.

How about any exceptional or legendary item, save for white cubes?
Black Sun helms are rare but they're still out there... and mando varies from server to server.
The rarest loot is either a PLC or BL.
