Ok this may sound dumb but what do these recyclers do and how do you put these parts together to make one? and don't just say "thay recycle"

I've lootedRed Wiring, Processor Attachments and Pulverisors from the Chunkers that spawn near the southern exit of the top right starport on Talus. I think i also picked up 2 pieces of Blue Wiring.


I had no idea Blue Wiring was that rare to be honest...

I don't know if they are rare, but I think they mostly only drop off of Hooligans and thier drop rate is like medium.
