Went out looting last night and heres what I came up with:
Beldonna's League NPC's: Correlia, about 6300 credit missions
1)Wanted Trandoshan's poster

Hidden Daggers NPC's: Correlia, about 3K missions

Its been confirmed that they do, for some people its a very very rare thing, some people get them somewhat easily /shrug
I am also beginning to think that they only drop from certain Binayres, I haven't confirmed this though.

Has anyone noticed resources dropping in funny containers. Besides the usual resource drop I have been finding milk and water in glass jars. Corn in funny looking containers. Today I looted hide from a nightsister all tied up in a neat bundle. Great decoration stuff.
Concidering I have killed over 800 nightsisters in the past couple of days for my semi-annual rid the galaxy of their evil presence loot festand I have only looted the one hide bundle that makes it a very rare drop.

They are not rare, all new organics have the new graphics.

I got 3 in about 15 minutes at the Binyare POI and they came from different types (although no higher than Ruffians I believe). I also looted one blue wiring, 3 grey viewscreens and the usual CDEF garbage.

Just collected 4 heating elements last night to make my Metal Recylcer. Looted all 4 off of Binayre pirates and Binayre smugglers from missions/random spawns in the area. (Pirates spawn on the missions, groups of smugglers were random spawns I came across).
Took me about 2 hours to get all 4.
