It's not clear from any info ingame that these are 1 per account and i do think that people who have made an error should be able to have this issues resolved asap, i assume you've sent a PM to TH and Tiggs just incase Sio?

these items are tradeable right??...so why not put a thread on the trade forums for both galaxies and see if you can get someone who might have made the same mistake to trade ya

I think the pop up box to claim the pre-order items clearly states that the items is "one per character."

So if its true that the flea can't be traded, then the devs lied in the Stratics chat.
