Haven't looked for holocrons for quite a while, but I am now. Who drops them now, and where can I get them?

The real question is why would you want them?
Rebel NPCs drop them and so do FS Npcs

you can use the holo to regain ALL of your force bar as a jedi.

Jedi have a special bar that when using any jedi move that bar is drained and a holocron will replenish this bar without wait..

I would suggest the darktroopers you see in Imperial controlled cities. They drop them at a fairly good rate, and there's plenty of them.

Anyways, the same stuff drops them as before. Rebel Surface Marshalls, Darktroopers and FS NPCs. They don't seem to drop them as often, though...

they drop at quite a high rate, much higher than they used to. Now they only have three uses;
1. Jedi can 'eat' them to regen force (once per day I think)
2. You can use the as decorations
3. nah, only two uses, other than that they are bloody useless
Opposite factions NPC's drop them a lot, darktrooper and up mostly (not sure what the reb equivalent is of a dark trooper) - hit some of the faction POI's for an hour or two and you will pull out half a dozen without much trouble

hopefully after the CURB they will work the same way for the normal ppl special bar they are putting in, as the jedi force bar, thus makeing them more valuable.

Well I looted my first Holocron Saturday while grinding on those nasty Victory Class Dark Troopers....They are actually a really good source of loot anyways so I would recommend trying those guys.

you can also loot them form Rebel Surface Marshalls. drop rate is quite low though, so you might have to kill a good 1000 of them before you get one, unless you are a very lucky person. :-)
