/sign, although i think it should act as a pack so u can chuck 50 items in it
also it needs to be slightly higher up on the character.. its slightly to low down the back

For those that have a Jetpack(or have seen one), they are neat toys. Altho fragile its a truly great thing.
One thing that has me bugged to hell is the fact you cant see it when not used. So this is what Im "requesting"(since petitions are garbage).
The Jetpack SHOULD be visible on the players back at all times. Its silly to see it just dissappear off your back when you store it. Since the animtation is there when equipped, I dont see how it can be too hard.
Now, I know this may be "unreasonable" and SOE prolly has more important things to worry about, but the advantages of having a Jetpack are low. This would make having a jetpack more realistic and prestigious.
Anyone with me?

Exactly, if its on all the time.. Then its targetable all the time by NPC's, so that would be downside..
But in the 24 month Veteran reward they did have the idea of "non-decayable" vehicle kit in the original post.. Which would be awesome for these things..

one of the best parts about the jetpack is that if you are knocked off your vehicle (jetpack) it is automatically stored.
Imagine how upset you would be if some mob disabled it after you had been knocked off of it from a posture change attack......and say what you want about 2 year vet rewards...they aren't here yet.
Just my two cents.

All im asking for is a visible presense of the jetpack while stored. It would have the same effect as being stored, but a visible presense.

thats a good point paSarge so instead how about when your wareing the jetpack its just a normal backpack but you can open up your datapad and hit activate jetpack or something, just an idea 
also i think you should be able to attack from a jetpack but the jetpack is alot stronger, just another thoughton jetpacks

I wanted a jetpack, until I also realised that it can't be seen unless you are actually using it. It's just not worth the effort at the moment...

Being able to attack might be a little too much to ask too soon, in the future I really hope this happens.
But definately needs to be stronger...
