Before yesterdays patch I spent 3 hours killing the high level Black Sun
on NW Yavin IV. I looted 5 BH Armor pieces total.

Today, I've spent 5 hours, killed over 60 Black Sun, and looted nothing
at all. Is something broken?

I need the Jetpack Base so I can get to crafting my Jetpack.

I killed a dozen or so this morning for nothing but credits.

So it's gotta be either:

a) Stealth nerf.

b) Accidently broken.

c) My luck just took a real bad turn for the worst.

I'll keep killin' and update with more results.

Bad luck I'd say, I'd also say your first haul of 5 BH parts was very good luck.

hmm i haven't gone bs hunt for a bit still need three pices left to complete the armor

guns don't kill people apes with guns do

just because you havnt looted anything in a while dosnt mean its broke, its all random, since you got a ton the first day, it evened out the next through low drop rates. nothing is broken, its just hard to get

Do you guys have a general wp where these things are?

I've tried MANY MANY trips out there and NEVER encountered them.

I just go to Mining Outpost on Yavin IV and ride to the mountain in the NW. I ride around
on my mount to give the Black Sun time to spawn. If you have your Con checked on the
radar you'll see them easy, show up as all red. Levels <88> to <89>. Normally in groups
of 2 to 5.

nothing borken or nerfed i got a pair legging today sold those snice i already had some

It's all luck. I've killed hundreds of those buggers and have only looted 1 piece of armor. You just got lucky on the first go around.

yeah luck is the right thing to say, because we spent about 2 - 3hours of killin just for the bh helmet. =T heh
