Seriously? I can't wear my Privateer Ace Pilot jacket? I mean, I'm an Ithorian, and I have quite a few jackets I can wear... I can understand not being able to wear the helmet... but really? the Jacket too?


Any word on a possible fix for this.. if I might be able to wear it?

since ithorians has...somewhat diffrent clothing I can't see that it should be fixed cause there is really no problem . But I agree. Ithorians for one should be able to use their gifts too! Although the helmet would look pretty dumb

At least Ithorians get the pilot rewards. Wookiees get a bandolier. It can be used as a backpack, but still, a pilot jacket would be cool.

Everyone should just be able to wear everything.. just scale it accordingly.. I wanna wear my Imperial Faction helmets.. /cry

You dont realise it, but your lucky you cant wear it. The ace piltos jackets from all 3 professions are some of the sorriest made clothing items in the game. Extremely crappy textures on them, and they are all super bulky and oversized looking when being worn, and the colors on them are really gaudy.



NGE is not for me.
Both accounts cancelled for this 2+ year Vet.

Agreed, I'm a wookiee Alliance Ace Pilot and cannot wear my helm or jacket. This sucks.

Ive accidentaly deleted my Ace Pilot Jacket ....Does anyone know how to get another one ? or is a CS-Ticket my only option (Prooly tell me too bad so sad ..as usual) , any ways if anyone knows drop me a line...

Non-tradeble, so other players are out. You can get another one by redoing pilot. I'd try a ticket anyway. Ask nice enough and admit it's your own fault and you might get it back.

Don't forget, people only post their bad experiences with CSR's. Service isn't as bad as you'd think if you go by the boards.


I droppeda house on the edge of the map, couldn't enter because entrance was on the other side of the invisible wall. Fixed within 24 hours, they even put maintenance in it.


Withdrew 2 backpacks from stockroom, 1 got lost with 30+ pieces of quest/faction armor. Was told to make room in inventory and got it back.


I was stuck in a never-ending respec, got fixed in 48 hours.


Only "bad" experience I had was dropping pilot with 3 ships in datapad. Had to delete one
But this has been fixed for other players, which is my biggest issue with SOE's customer service. They're inconsistent. Being a former helpdesk employee I can tell you you don't want to know how much this pisses people of and how much extra work this generates since people keep trying 'till they get the right guy.
