That's right. We read that you "fixed" the bug (again). But fixing the quest isn't enough. YOU NEED TO COMPENSATE THOSE OF US THAT FOUND THE BUG FOR YOU. Telling us "Thorry! We can't validate your reward." isn't good enough. The logger knows when we finished the quest, and you know it was bugged since the 10th, otherwise you wouldn't have fixed it.
So make with the armor or a quest reset!

Woo-hoo!! New autoreply from a CSR this afternoon. Looks like they're working out how to do the right thing:

Yea I want my hologram.... 
If were not going to be given what is rightfully ours... thats pretty sad. However the devs cant aford to lose any more customers, and some people are so mad still this little thing might push them over the edge... so I am sure the devs will do the right thing here.

I will redo the quest since I did it knowing it is bugged. I will redo it just the same as all the forum trolls that come out of the woodwork to complain about something even thought they read it was a bug anyway.

You know the only reason they can't give us our armor? Because they don't keep records. If they made the quest journal tell which time/date it was finished they could simply give us our armor......
I want meh clone armor /cry

It's silly for them to argue that they can't tell if we finished the quest, since Mort obviously knows who did it.
