Don't think it's for everyone, I don't have one. My inventory isn't full either. Maybe it's for beta testers or a vet reward or something.

The word written on the plaque? "Loyalty" I believe.

Or did you mean "what's the word" as in, why did we get it? If so, no idea.

I got one and lost my proton carbine too... sent in a CSR ticket since I can't do the quest over again, but I haven't gotten a response yet.

I got a silver and a gold T21. Is this a special for Chimaera or is the gold one on other servers too ? Or is it depending on how long you've been in the game - I'm over 18 months now.

I saw a post that said the gold plaque is a special one for Chimera characters.

My husband had his proton carbine in a factory and still has it as well as the plaque. might want to csr that and see if they'll replace it.
