I'd like to know. it must have been looted post cu, not pre cu, after pub 20.

120 pearls and 110 crystals are the best tunes on premium. Qualities i think its 100 pearls 90 crystals could be lower though. Best force cost on a tune is -9.

i came back after about 1yr off and immediately tuned 2 112 -9 premiums i had lying around. since then i have tuned about 15 more premiums and they were all bad. but gotten about 10 good pearls from krayts since i been back and 2 of those were 110ish -9......irritating really. tried the no wounds/robes only/meditating thing and it didnt seem to do anything. not exactly the max question answered but thought i would throw that in there.

Sorry....It just doesnt add up to me...unless there was a reverse nerf of tuning pearls

all pearls have the chance to go perfect, its just a lot harder on the weaker quality one.

Yeah, all have the possiblity to tune high. My friend and I have tuned many many "good" quality pearls and crystals since the CU and almost all have tuned badly, but just a few days ago my friend tuned a good crystal to 103/103 -7, so it can be done.

I got 107 -8FC form a quality Pearl.
