Yes it the Clone Armor, at least the Imperialist one (Black and Yellow) is.

they all say katarn...only the colors change...the black/gold for imps, the white/pink for rebs, and the white/blue for neutral

If I do it as a neutral can I wear the armor I get as a Rebel?

I did the quest yesterday, got the armor, I'm Imp my color was Black and green(light green)

I don't suppose there's a version of this armor for alternate species i.e. wooks and ithorians?

The armor, as far as my guild has seen, is wearable by EVERYONE.

Our trandos and Wooks can wear it with no problem...no Ithorians though, so I'm not sure on that.

i have it im on ahazi i have the reb one its white and red not pink and the imp is black and yellow not gold and neutral is blue and white, you go to talus, dearic cantina and talk to mort he will give you missions for phase 1 the for phase 2 due to your faction depends who you will work for reb: leia (abandoned base on dantooine), hologram of the emperor (don't know where), neutral: Jabba (not his palace so you don't need the theme park done)
