Raised this on the expansion board but thought I'd mention it here too.

Amazon.co.uk have the new retail version the all in one experience rotw expansion.

If you look closely at the picture at the top it says you get the Varactyl.......what is going on?

Has the exclusive item been changed? I delayed buying the download purely to get the Barc speeder.

Is it just the uk players getting stiffed?

Very concerned customer again.

Can't do clickies but here is the picture in question....you need good eyesight to read the blurb at the top of the box but ut is there, the USA version does not have this speel either....

it's not only the uk... i'm from the us...i got the veractyl or whatever it's called too... have yet to see a baarc speeder..

That's because the barc speeder is not in game yet.

The retail version is not out yet and it is supposed to be exclusive to the retail version.....

The download had the varactyl mount, the retail box is supposed to have the barc.

Yeah, I was not happy to learn that my 1 year+ (boardering on cancel with all the bugs) accounts can not get the BARC because I am already paying for multiple accounts and dont want to start another one. Kinda lame from SoE to continually stick it to the long term and sorta workin on long term players. Not that its surprising but... well... you know what i mean.

Thanks for the info. Very glad to know the BARC will be craftable when the retail version comes out.
Though I don't see much use for it since 80% of the Kashyyyk areas won't let you use a vehicle(and maybe half that won't let you use mounts either).

This is not a true statement, this was misinformation that was submitted by a website to the nature of the BARC speeder. When i hear this I phoned SOE direct and spoke with CSR Ryan. He trnasfered me to a supervisor and spoke with him regarding the item being offered to the retail people only. He has stated for the record and I qoute... : The BARC speeder is a craftable item included, along with some other items, such as armor and weapons when the retail will go live." "Stractics has misinformed people that this is an item only for retail people."

Those are his words word for word.

So please While I am anxious myself to get it in the game ASAP confirm what I am saying and do not take my word for it phone them yourself. You will hear the same thing.

It's a good thing that the BARC speeder isn't a reward. They would be in the game very long since now anything that can see will shoot ur speeder down. I haven't pulled out my av-21 since the CU.

Phoning SOE back then, I spoke with CSR Ryan and was told direct form a supervisor he connected to that this was not the case, I will phone them back and confront them with that informaiton, my apologies, again it seems another example of SOE not knowing what the other hand is doing.
