I am one of the very few that owns a jetpack and im quite happy with it but i did have a suggestion that would make jetpacks worth buying. You should be able to attack on your Jetpack for as long as the other guy doesnt attack you, once he does attack you, you go off the jetpack and it is stored. Also,

the problem is that that would be unbalancing as you could attack from 60m and fly off
the only way this would work is if they gave everyone jetpacks but then you wouldent be one of the few hehe
i think you should just be happy that they are now reparibale and if you realy want veical combat get up into space

You would have to have the risk of being attacked...your proposal negates that risk (storing the jetpack if you get fired upon). If you want to be "cool" and attack with a jetpack, I'll gladly slap you back to reality by shooting it off your back. It would be the same thing as asking for the ability to do drive-by's in a blaster-proof av-21. Sorry to burst your bubble, but............pop!

I have a jetpack as well, but think about game balance... I think ranged already have enough pro's, melee have to many con's. Jetpack is already good just for the spawn and auto hop on and go.

Yes seriously dude, im on the same server as you and A. over 40 people have ket packs on our server who play alot(most took a brake meaning theres alot out there) second i used to know the orginial owner, please if your a jedi act like one instead of an ebay jedi

Pshh, you wish. I was waiting on my probe droid outside Kaandara the other day(on my JP of course), and on either side of me were two other BHs both on JPs. Not NEARLY as rare as they used 2 b, my friend.


As far as your idea goes: your asking to have your JP disabled, u know that right? If someone were to attack me on a JP the FIRST thing I would do is target it and disable that mofo. Yes, they can currently be repaired at garages for 6k, but after pub 23(which is on TC right now) you'll have to use a vehicle restoration kit(formerly BARC repair kit) to repair it, which sell for several hundred K NOW, but will increase in price when demand increases after pub 23. So just realize that geting to attack from your JP would cost you several hundred K in repairs everytime.
