Well, first off; I got my cybernetic arm on Kashyyyk when I died and had over 600 in battle fatigue.

So I gues... you have to have a heaping load of Battle Fatigue to start getting cybernetic replacements.

You'll get them eventually. I spent a few hours torturing one of my characters so that i could gather a full set of the cheap cybernetics to display. Took 50+ deaths to get both arms and a set of legs. I also started to get the incap on cloning thing once my wounds went over 1000 or so.

It's something like a 1 in 10 chance of getting a cyber limb on an uncloned deathand the part you receiveis random. I've also heard but can't confirm that you can only have a maximum of 2 "death" cyberlimbs so if you end up with both cyber arms and still no legs it might be a good idea to go get them removed before you carry on trying.

You can choose to have some or all cybernetic limbs removed. Yuo will be given an option of what to take off.

Or if you want to keep them for display, try putting them on the bazaar or offering them to a vendor.
