Devs you like comparing games. So listen up on this.

For spawns which require high levelers to kill you will need to hire a special CSR Team for this.

Make main bosses spawn every 12 hours. You will need Raid Auction Bots. This will stiop you from not using credits. But, Raid Auction Points which are stored in these Raid Auction Bots. And, you can increase loot that way so if there are5 Raid Teams everyone gets a chance to bid for the loot using there Raid Auction Points.

This will encourage more teamwork and those who solo have a chance to get the loot they need. And, do not have to worry about the group from Ninja Looting which is the number one problem. Besides bugs in the game.

You have 2 choices with this special CSR Team. Volunteers comprised of the playerbase or paid SOE Staff.

Also, due to lack of Custiomer Service Support. I also request a second CSR Team which are comprised of volunteer players and trained by SOE and Lucas Arts Staff to help with tickets and helping with storyline events. Whiich can make the game even more enjoyable.

How to stop ninja looters ..

It's called "group loot rights" setting.

Was implemented in a patch about 6 months ago ..

You should try it sometime.

Actually, there's a better option, I just posted this on another forum, but here's the gist of it:

Hmmm thinking on this a little bit more, a good solution might be to have "statistics" stored about what a player has looted (no need to store where, but just what). Such that as a player continues to "camp" an area, it becomes harder and harder for that player to loot the same item over and over, maybe make the limit between 3 - 5 for individual items that don't stack, and 3 - 5 stacks for items that do.After which they can not loot any more until a cool down period has occured. This would prevent one user from indefinately camping an area, because it would not be worth the time for them to remain.

After a specific cool down period, be it a random value based on how many items were looted, or time spent in one area, their "loot" level would increase on that particular item, or their cool down period would be reduced/vanish. This would not be an overly complex feature to have, and would permit the individual to be able to return to an area after the cool down. It would also allow time for others to goto an area get what they need, and then leave.

As things stand now, it's a bit contentious on getting into areas that are camped, but with this solution it would reduce a good portion of it.
