Thread: Rumor about dathomir prison that spawns a guy that drops +25 CA/AA's? Is it true?

Someone said you could do the quest over and over. Does anyone have any more info on this? Or is this secret forbidden info ? Also, I heard some rumor theres a cave on tatooine that might drop stuff like the aaukans, not sure if any of this is true.

What guy do you have to talk to and do you have to be imperial? Also how often does he drop tapes?

I dont see the big deal withholding info since people can spawn their own quests, not like we have to compete

at dath prision there is a npc mission which spawns a djk and djm.

Many people do indeed farm this, more so now than pre-cu. With AI, it really isn't all that hard for jedi to do. Or, if you have a ranged player such as carbineer or rifleman, you can solo them too using roots and snares.

If you do this mission more than once you should be aware it's a bannable exploit if you're caught.



If a poisonous snake is dropped on top of you from a gyrocopter, don’t freak out and shoot your own driver with your arrow gun, making the vehicle lose control and blow up. Its probably just as scared as you are.

No it is not true at all. All those +25 CA's from the forums were looted from um..... elders. Yeah, that's it, Elders

talk to Mozo i think his name is at the Imp Prison on Dath........you have to be imp and combatant before he will talk to you.......do a few missions for him then he will send you to talk to the prisoner in the cell where you get the DJK and DJM missions.......but like the before guy mentioned....be warned that they are supposedly watching who does this and supposedly banning people for farming it.......alomst every time he drops a nice tape or crystal......but there has been a few where he drops credits or a woundpack lol.......oh and i heard that from a friend........

new update to this, the drop rate has either been drastically changed or is completely nerfed. 16 kills and not one useful ca/aa as of 6-7-05. thanks soe from all of us players wishing to have the cu be a challenge!

i used to be 4 accts out of 450k active accts
then 2 accts out of 250k
then 1 out of 200k
now 0 of 175k as of dec 25th....
i am a soe shareholder and do know how many active accts there are.

how can you talk to the prisonner ?

Okay stupid question, how can you actually redo the quest? (Just speaking theoretical here since I wouldn't do that of course.)

to redo quests you need to find the planetary data keeper for that planet...erase your data...and redo the quest,
