Thread: Would it makes sense for Pub 20 to be loot revamp?

I know there are TONs of bugs but if they put all there efforts into fixing the loot tables, and I really mean fixing them would this give the devs some time to work on the bugs with us (the players) being able to enjoy the loot aspect of the game?
I see lots of posts from players wondering what to do, with no high end loot achievable right now most players seem to be very upset (rightly so)
I used to love killing Krayts be it solo (juvie/canyon) or in a group (Ancients) we had a chance of high end loot
Would a total revamp of the loot tables for pub 20 make sense or just be a waste of time?

It is needed, maby also add some new RANDOM spawn mobs on planets with little trafic that drop stuff.

For sure. I like the idea of random spawns, like the black sun guys. This way you have a good chance to look for loot solo.

Yeah that would be nice if some focus went to this aspect of the game. Looting is my favorite thing to do, and I've been unable to do much of any looting lately. Oh well.let's petition for Jump to Lootspeed.

I was under the assumption that pub 19 was supposed to improve loot, but I guess that was more intended to nerf the DJK/DJM drops. The day pub 19 went into effect I grouped up with a guildie and killed about 50 lower end krayts and 4 ancients only to get armor cores and some smuggler tools... pretty disappointing IMO. At least they dropped "good" pearls before 19, now they don't drop any.

I gave up trying to make sense of this crew, Bas. They're clearly on a suicide mission for SWG.
The only content I find enjoyable now is space and other players.

Woot for loot ....
yes it does need some serious revamp , for me looting was the best part of the game and since CU ive found myself twidling my thumbs wondering what to do , pointless going looting as im just wasting my time.
Bring on a loot patch!! Im sure it would be a welcomed patch....

no offence guys.....I feel your pain (i too like hunting krayts)...but publish 20 is supossed to be a Ranger Revamp....but then again.....is hell that close to freezing over?

We need more loot, this is down right ridiculos, the devs are screwing everything up. If they cant see that they are, then there is a MAJOR problem. They give us 1 small thing, and take away a large group of things that we enjoyed. This is sickining....

I wouldnt mind no new loot for a bit if they fixed the loot we have and brought back some old ones.
Recyclers, loot kits, NS shoulderpads, Vid screens.
That and made furniture Color-able

Hey remember publish 12 and its catch phrase
"Everyone Loves Loot"
That is the phase that started this whole mess, do we really want the same person to try again?
It would not actually be a new publish if it was done it would be a publish 12 revamp. Knowing SOE and thier tactics they could release it as a expansion "Attack of the Loot"
