I think he's talking about the underslung carbine, which looks exactly like a gatling gun. It was supposed to come out with CU, but due to difficulties with the animations for holding and shooting the gun it was delayed. No ETA on it's return.

Actually, it's in the .Tre files again now, with it's own effects and sound effects, and is listed in several weapon lists. There also appears to be twoDRAFT SCHEMATICS for it, the "quest_smuggler_underslung" and the simple "underslung".

all of these were added into the .tre files a long long long long time ago... underslung is one of them

theres a new gatling gun for POB ships only since it has 250k mass cant go on small ships thats probably what you heard about takes asteroid resources to make

It's been the envy of the Commando profession since we knew of it's existence, which means it'll probably be certed to Doctors or some other oddball profession that doesn't need it.

It wouldn't be the first time something like that happened.

Yeah, you're prolly right hehe....how could I think it'd go ot rangers?!?! No, since it is in a .tre file for smugglers, then you have to be an Imperial smuggler to get the schem, but be a Rebel AS to craft it, then a Neutral Pilot Ace to wield it......yup that's SOE logic right thar.....
