When did they change damage from kintect to energy?

Was supprieced when i thought right time to go play with nightsisters for the first time in ages to come up against the protectors, get my tusken out only to find i wasnt doing damage like i used to, check gun its chaged to energy and the protectors are 100% to that, also to 100% to acid, stun, cold. so how a rifleman ment to hurt them anymore? wave at them and hit them over head with rifle? coz a rifleman cant shot them anymore or am i missiing something?

POKEY THE PENGUIN SIG REMOVED BY GARVA BECAUSE "Just because you are crafty enough to get around the technicality of it being a .jpg or .gif does not mean it is not an image, it is not ascii art, it is an image" SO HERE IS MY NEW SIG.

Was there a reason for it? coz its totaly taken a mob or two out the game ya cant kill at all with rifleman skills.

The reason?

Developer ineptitude. In other words, its bugged.

Have you guys noticed that things that are 100% resist to our damage types lose some resistance over time during battle? Maybe I'm stupid for never noticing, but the other night I went out to the Stronghold with some friends, killed the low-level Sisters, then sat back and ate a sandwich while the rest of my group started working on Protectors. I happened to examine one about half-way through the battle, and (HOLY CRAP!)the resistances had dropped! Not by much, only 2 or 3 percent, but when I started spamming SS2 instead of just standing around useless, the time it took to take down a Protector dropped to about half of what it was taking my group before hand.

Just a heads up that 100% resist doesn't necessarily mean you are useless in the battle

I can't believe this has never come up before...wow, can't wait to try it out.

Still hoping to get our kinetic damage tusken back, but in the meantime maybe we can work down those nasty sistas.

Consider yourself lucky, you know how many mob's are untouchable by TKA because we only have 1 damage type.

Ya, you guys lost a damage type, but you have so many more than some people i wouldn't say too much the dev's might take away another.

Bah Damage types only mean something in PVE. Stun protection is starting to be good as energy protection for PVP. We just want our Tukens Kenetic so we can run around in Tusken robes and hunt Night Sisters.

Not meaning to hijack the thread, but has anyone ever seen a Tusken made with Krayt Tissue?

I'd be really curious to see the stats, but am doubtful anyone would "waste" a tissue on a Tusken.

You can't Krayt a Tusken. You could use Gorax bone shards though
