I got mine off dark troopers when the weapons facility was still dropping loot. I would imagine that you could get them off faction missions if nothing else.

pre-cu any "wildspawn" stormtrooper which landed with lambda shuttles. Those in the outposts had a very rare droprate on them. Never lootet one from those on corellia in the battlearea. Not sure if these shematics drop anymore, haven't lootet one of any NPC recently. I can't test stormtroopers anymore cause i went imp for some of the items on kasyyyk and are too lazy to switch back

The glass table parts don't drop anymore. They took them and most of the junk dealer parts out. I guess they were offended that people were charging 1M+ for glue. You can still get the blue rug adhesive though, there's a quest.

If you're on Gorath I'll trade you a crate (10) of the curved glass tables for 55k of mipa aluminum.
