Killed 4 GDK's, no loot other then the Armorsmith standard segments. Broken again? Lately I looted from 3 on 4, so this was suspicious.

wouldnt jump to conclusions mate - consider your other loot UNBELIEVABLY LUCKY. My normal is about 1 drop in 20 GDK Kills

Really? Looted 6 scales from the first, 3 from the second and 10 from the third back then..

Oh well, my RIS suit was done in one day.

i found a spawn 5m outside a player city and killed 3 and completely looted all three and got scale segs each time

ive killed over 20 and havent seen one GDK scale

I've killed over 40 gdk's and never got loot... (only killed like 15 tho post-nerf, when the upped the drop)

i have killed well over 150 of GDK...and only 5 or have dropped loot. You got a long way to go buddy.

lol you kill 4 and think the loot is broken hehe,,, I have killed so so many usually I go 12-13 between loots,,, sometimes more sometimes less

Killed the POI spawn for 2 hours last night.

No GDK scales.

Was going for a second run. First run had a 17 scales total, shared with friends but kept enough for 1 RIS suit. Looks like I was darn lucky back then.. No second suit I guess.. *frowns*.

lol they use to drop 100 to 1, now its about 20 to 1.

i've been stockpiling these, among other things, in preparation for the curb. right now ikill 15-20 an hour, one buff session usually gets me 20+RIS scales. after the curb is anyones guess, most likely 5 an hour with a group, andif the drop rate is still 1 in 20=RIS will be super rare.

my advice is to get the componets now, and wait till after to have it crafted - i wouldnt trust the conversion process.
