1 it dropped from an akuaan champion
2 dont really care if you believe me or not
3 but..... just to ease your minds the Guildy that looted it was Ebonheart, and sitting right next to him (in R/L) so they can confirm the truth of this was Kloud. Feel free to contact them if you really feel the need.
I'll ask if they have any screenies to confirm this as well.
Yeah, it would be pretty cool to see a screen shot of that. I've heard rumors (SP?) that Meatlumps used to drop full ones quite a while ago (before the CU) but I never found one.

yep, i killed thousands of meatlumps/ragtags etc.. too and had never heard of a completed part dropping until today.
with the amount of people farming akuaan missions at the moment (including myself 
) i'm sure it wont be long before someone else also loots a completed item
