ok so i heard this is a new colour crystal on Kashyyyk - has anyone found it?

if so, where and how? random drop or quest reward?

It is looted in the Myyydril caverns from Necrosis

oh great - thanks!

so just some follow-up questions: is it a single spawn boss mob and if so, what is it's level? (solo-able?)

I personally haven't seen the Necrosis, but from what I know from my guildies, it is NOT in the slightest way soloable, as it's over level 90, and it also has two level 84 guards. They needed two level 80 master force defenders tanking it.

It's not exactly a breeze to get to it, either, although well timed burst runs seem to let you avoid many of the un'sori on the way to it.

You do a quest deep in the caverns to get to where it is.

Bad groups...it takes 2 people one defender and one shooter.

I tanked this as a 0204 defender with force aura and force armor on. The most he hit me for was 486. Would have hit me for 1700 without my force buffs. I just had to have 2 jedi feeding me force to keep armor up. We took him and his cronies down in about 45 secounds.

Well first of all aura is in the 3rd tree so with 0204 def you wouldnt even have it, and second of I have killed necrosis several times and I dont care what your profs are you didnt kill him and his cronies in 45 seconds. Lets try to stick to reality.

I did hear someone say they solod him, and since you can split them up I think it would be possible for a defender. But lets face it post CU you arent gonna kill something with a min 35k ham, and thats if he dosent get to any power cells, that quickly.

Elemental damage is Electricity approx 210.
