Image Designer Archive

So I started a new character on Kauri. He is a Twi'lek Smuggler (aspiring) and a good chunk of TKA, and i'm going to master Image Design. I will only be wearing the Tactical Bodysuits in different color schemes, as I think they look very cool for unarmed combatants. I plan to change my skin/eye color/lekku patterns to whatever I am wearing at the time for fun.... kinda a chameleon effect. Eventually if they correct the problem with the Twi'lek Nobles Crests, i'll be wearing those as well.... ok now that I got that out of the way...

I am grinding through ID to get to this point, and plan on taking the profession seriously after that as an alternative way of making money. I am questioned by a lot of ID's when I get training to make sure that I'm not a Holo Zombie just wanting to grind and drop the profession. It just seriously is lame that I am targetted as a holo chaser if I want to grind through the profession mostly for my personal use. This is not an attack on any ID that I have run into by the way. Katani on the Kauri server was absolutely great to me the other night and trained me afew times, but of course questioned my motives which is fine, just sad that the game has come to that.

So this was mostly just a post to once again reiterate the sad state of affairs this game has turned into with the idiot devs and thier great idea that the force is locked away in grinding through professions... thats how luke did it right? thats how anakin did it, he grinded through... childhood? Yeah, opening your FS is very in the theme of the movies.... Sorry to rant... have a good holiday all....

I have no problem with grinding out ID. Many of the first ID's did that in fact. My problem is holo chasers and such asking for macro's to get them through it as fast as they can so they can drop the class. Because of so many holo chasers doing that sort of thing on this forum, alot of the ID's who enjoy the class have gotten very bitter about any new blood. They have begun to suspect anyone asking for grinding help to be a wannabe macro holo chaser who doesn't give a rats hind end about the profession.

It is sad the the game and our profession of choice has been reduced to this. Before the holocrons came out telling people what to be there was no ID that didn't want to be an ID. Now we hear grumbling and whining about the fact that they HAVE to be an ID.

I did it with muon gold and a lot of friends willing to let me do jaw changes on them for hours at a time. It took me like a month, but I enjoyed it and that's what's important. -shrug-

Too - your a moron. You come on an ID forum and rant about how the devs chose to let you open the FSCS? and secondly, of course Luke and anakin didnt have to grind anything, their original charactor had to grind, so they could then become Luke and Anakin.....moron.

Did anyone at all make sense out of this post? I'm obviously a Moron, so didn't really get what he/she was trying to say here...

I can rant all i'd like about how the devs chose to impliment the FS, not that anyone would listen, but it is my right as a player who pays to play this game. And especially when the game mechanic has a hand in ruining all the current professions at the moment... Just as you have the right to snap back at me with witty banter...

Luke and Anakin's original character had to grind.... that makes no sense whatsoever...
