Ok just voicing an opinion here. Why the heck are they making ID on of the holo paths? Now there are millions of holo ids running around and it is killing us as real ID's. Everyone thinks that teh only reason you are in it is for jedi skills. I just want to make my server a more beautiful place! /frustrated I am finding it hard to locate an ID partner now and am having trouble finding customers. I just wish the "fake" IDs would not leave there master ID tag up so people can identify the real IDs.

Yes. The only good that came out of this is that my IDer now has 1240 AXP (although I'll never use it) as everyone and his brother needs training...

Its absolutely ruined the game so far for every profession... every profession has the holo chasers. Artisans starting out can't make money because the holo chasers have grinded items at rockbottom prices and ruined the item economy. Doctor buffs are being sold terribly low by grinders. ID people are popping up all over....

The holo idea is absolutely THE single worst idea this game has ever put out. It's making people leave by the droves and the only thing keeping me around is the hope that the Jedi will stabilize and people will stop chasing holo's as much.

This game used to be about the characters. Its an ONLINE ROLEPLAYING GAME. Yet, these IDIOT DEVS thought it would be funny to make characters, the Galactic Civil War, Professions, Apprentice Training, Skill Progression, and anything actual Star Wars and make it absolutely meaningless. These people don't seem to know the first thing about ACTUAL Star Wars, if they did, they would realize that not one Jedi in the saga got Force Powers through swapping jobs on a regular basis.

In my opinion, it's time to drop the Holo's, ban any kind of Macro'ing (what? You mean I would have to use manual dexterity in a video game?), and wipe every server clean and start over. You would get a mass exodus of players if that happened, but the people that enjoyed the game before the Holo's showed up would probably stay and continue to enjoy a Roleplaying game with actual characters....

A mass exodus would never be allowed to happen by the folks at SOE. For that reason they wouldn't wipe the servers and start anew.

I'm sorry Too, but i disagree with you i belive macro's have their place. Plus in about 2 weeks to a month all these ppl that are running around "ruining your profession" will be gone on the path of the force. And i know this to be true that if they wiped all chars in the game in started over not only would Sony loose allot of paying customers but they would probably be facing some sort of legal recourse for actions that dumb

well it dose diverse the professions up a bit.more entertainers now for sure and that isnt bad. i wouldnt worry about ID's doing their holos since it takes like 3 and a half hours so they will pretty much be in and out.
