Please forgive me for not searching the database if this has been posted. Im trying to help out a friend get id xp but im a wookie. When can she try to get xp out of me?

Wookies don't have a lot of options for the beginning IDer (actually, they have none). You have to wait until Image Design II or III, I believe, before she'll be able to work on you.
