I read your column on Warcry about the D00ds, and thought it was hilarious. I was told by my holo to master Image Designer and was all set to give up Jedihood because I didn't fancy the profession. Having read your piece I'm actually quite excited to give it a go- seems far more entertaining than I'd thought. Thanks for a witty and inspirational piece.

Just a small comment to this little part of the guide..

6.4 Getting a good view

There are two things you can do to get a good look at what you’re doing. The first is to find good lighting. You want the person being image designed to stand with their back to the light source. A good place to find light is radiating from the sides of buildings. This may not be much of an issue during the day, but if it’s overcast head for the light.

In order to get a good view of your own avatar when image designing yourself you will want to turn chase camera on. To do this, hit the period on the numpad. You will now be able to turn the camera around yourself while you stand still. To do this, move your mouse to the edge of the screen until the camera begins to twirl. To stop, move your mouse away from the edge of the screen.

I recently discovered a way to zoom in on the head of yourself. At the top of the inventory window, there are two icons that looks like eyes. If you push the right eye icon, you will get a view of yourself. If you place your mouse inside this window, and use the mouse wheel, you will be zooming in on your face.

This might be of use to the customers of ID'ers, and when ID'ers ID themselves. It does still not solve the problem of not seeing what you do on others though (but now they might see what you do on them...)

Hiya everyone! Rodi on Kauri and love every minute of ID. Kwee dear. Perhaps you could place the entire command list options for /imagedesignsetvalue
command. This would make your Guide very complete! Way to go on the guide!

The problem is if you don't have a big enough brick or can't find the right head. The devil is in the details.

I couldn't for several months as the text commands could be used for various exploits to be done by both Image Designers and (ugh) non Image Designers. The last of those exploits was fixed with Publish 7, phew.

Syzygy's doing an awesome job getting it all together for us all Big thumbs up to her and all her helpers

Great guide. I don't know if "droolicious" is a word, but it certainly should be.
