Was approached by an person today asking if i wanted to buy CA's that have image designer stats on them. I have never heard of such a thing.... Do these things even work, if they do exist?

I've never heard of such a thing either. In theory, I suppose, you could get an ability from a tape before you gained the ability yourself (such as +1 to bodyform or something). However, I have never 1) heard of them dropping and 2) heard of being able to boost ID skills in any way. Try to examine the goods and report back!

That's new to me, too. Hmm... with +25 being the max on skill-enhancers... maybe you could max out ID-skills with only being.... entertainer then? I don't think it's possible or intended.
