Has anyone ever brought this up? It would be a great idea (as well as make us very useful) if we could Image Design Vendors at the Master Level. I mean, how many vendors do most people create and delete before they actually get a vendor they like, or before they simply give up creating a vendor they like? If this has been brought up in the past, what where the opinions? Was it ever commented on by Dev or anything like that? It should be easy enough to do. The same UI as the current Image Design process could be used.

It's been brought up quite a few times, actually. I believe it's been on our wish list for over a year.

This is a great idea that has been around for awhile. It is wanted, has no real down side, adds function and almost all thecodeis pretty much developed and in the game.
I sort of wonder where this ability(s) gets placed in the skill trees. Seem like a master perk to me but,...I am a master.
Maybe they will let us ID our faction pets too. I hate frumpy STs.

Yeah, it'd almost have to be Master ID. None of the rest really apply, unless you want to be able to only change hair, or markings, or whatever on the vendor... which would be pretty lame. 
I personally think this would be extra cool for us to have in that it would be another actual service we could provide and get paid for. Heh-heh... fanagle a few credits back from the clutches of the Master Merchants.
There's also the bonus for the Merchants that we're working on their vendor... we're already there... who's not going to check out what merchandise they have? I'd prolly end up spending what the Merchant pays me on stuff from his own vendor... lol.

This is definitely a great idea - both IDs and anyone with a vendor want this definitely. In fact Merchants probably want us to get it even more then we do!

I'm asked alot by merchants if I can ID their vendors and I would love to see that in game, too. We definitly need to hold on that idea (as we did for such a long time allready... well, devellopment of such a complex game IS slow.... *sigh*)

I would love to see this in the game also. I think programming wise, there are several problems. Such as, how does the client accept? And how does the owner of the vendor get to approve? A disgruntled ID could go around and make undesirable appearances all over if this didn't have some sort of special controls.

Should not be too difficult: Merchant and ID need to be in the same group and in the same building. When ID starts changing the vendor, the same ID window is being shown to the merchant as he would see, if he was ID'ed. So he could look at the changes and accept.
